- Photography of your event
My rates are affordable at $75.00 per hour + applicable
taxes, if there are any, this depends on local Laws and Jurisdictions.
To keep things simple Canadian
and US dollars are at par. There is an additional charge
for mileage or travel time (local) and accommodations if required
for out of town assignments.
I have a valid passport and can travel internationally to just
about any location
accessible by plane, train, boat, automobile, snowmobile, horse,
mule or camel if necessary. The
Client is responsible for all travel expenses including hotels/food,
security, health and equipment insurance and local transportation.
For local assignments there is
a minimum of charge of 3 hrs (plus mileage and travel),
a $100 deposit is to be prepaid at the time of booking.
Any assignment over 3 hours in duration must be 50% prepaid at
the time of booking, mileage and travel will be adjusted on Final
Invoice.
NOTE: Image
processing in general is not part of any pre-agreed contracts
unless noted otherwise. Image processing is extra
at my standard hourly rates. Please see below.

I can shoot your images in RAW, jpg, tiff or a combination of
RAW+jpg. Digital images shot in RAW (NEF files for Nikon) have
to be converted to tiff, png or jpg files and of course they are
BEST when adjusted and corrected (processed in Photoshop)
digitally.
Please note file format does matter:
JPG, TIFF: all images shot for a
specific assignment will be transferred to a CD or DVD as is, that
is uncorrected unless noted otherwise, if shot
in jpg or tiff at no additional cost.
RAW (NEF:) these will have to be
converted at additional cost before transferred to a CD or DVD,
unless the client can use the images as is in NEF format. RAW conversion
to jpg, png or tiff is EXTRA and will incur conversion time of
$75.00 hr with a minimum of 1 hr.
For in-house processing adjustments
my rates are $75.00 per hour. Digital images require digital
manipulation just as film images required adjustment at developing
(pushing the ASA to higher than normal levels) and printing (colour
correction, dodging, burning, etc).
These days, just about everybody with a computer has a colour
printer. Inexpensive printing of images from CD ROM is available
just about everywhere. It is more economical if you print your
own images.
If you require custom
quality images, and if you are willing to pay for such service,
I can have them done in std sizes. Please enquire for sizes,
quantity and cost.

These rates are only availabel if pre-booked.
Affordable event
packages available starting from $400 which include up to 3
hours of photography, travel to your event (in the Metro
GTA area, including Mississauga), up to 20 corrected images,
with additional images provided as is, on a CD. Any
other correction is extra.
Wedding packages starting at $500 which
include up to 3
hours of photography, travel to your event (in the Metro GTA
area, including Mississauga), up
to 40 corrected images,
with additional images provided as is, on a CD. Any other correction
is extra.

Booking and scheduling are important especially in the summer
time. Will require prior arrangements in advance, depending on
the scope and magnitude of the assignment.
At the time of booking
a deposit of $100.00 is required for any assignment 3 hrs
or less.
For assignments of more than than 3 hours in duration, 50% of
the total estimated cost will be required as a deposit in advance.
For distant projects, such as out of country assignments, travel,
hotel expenses, (Visa assistance and cost if required) are borne
by the Client and must be prepaid, along with 50% of the total
agreed upon cost.
The deposit is NOT refundable in case of cancellation by
the Client. The deposit will be refunded to the Client only
if PhotographyByLaszlo.com cancelled the arrangement, without
any additional indemnity or compensation.

Due
to my Bank's requirements, PhotographyByLaszlo.com
does not accept Post Office or Western Union money orders.
I only accept the following forms of payments:
- Cash – in
person-to-person transactions.
- Bank Draft
- Money Order issued by a Bank
- Corporate cheques (NO Personal cheques)
I do not accept Personal Cheques Certified or not, Western Union,
Post Office or any other type of Money Orders. To send your deposit
by mail please contact me for current address!

All deposits will be applied towards the final invoice. Any estimated
cost are just estimates based upon the information supplied and
are subject to adjustments for the actual time spent
on the project in the Final Invoice for Services rendered.
The Final Invoice is due upon delivery of image CD or DVD, by the
above payment methods. All overdue accounts will be charged 2%
per month, 24% annually.
Your Satisfaction with my photography is extremely important to
me. I take exceptional personal care to deliver superb images,
however, image quality is subjective. There are NO refunds
for services rendered or for Custom made prints. [back
